OPTP’s 4″ Foam Rollers

OPTP’s 4 inch Foam Rollers are cylindrical in shape, light weight and made of a high quality foam. Use the foam roller for myofascial release, muscular flexibility and dynamic strengthening. Foam roller exercises enhance balance reactions, body awareness, muscle re-education and core stability. The foam rollers come in two lengths, are fun and easy to use, and can be used in conjunction with resistive bands, weighted balls and B.O.I.N.G.’S.

OPTP’s 4 inch Foam Rollers are available in two lengths: 36″ x 4″ or a longer 48″ x 4″. Our four-foot length provides more challenge for those with a longer torso.
